A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and full payment is expected prior to, or, in special circumstances, on arrival. This booking fee is
non refundable if you cancel your booking two months or
less, prior to the date of stay.
Your deposit is non refundable. If a booking is cancelled within ten days of the due date of the stay, a portion of the total amount may be charged as a compensation for bookings that have been turned away, and revenue lost.
